Español 1. Right of Withdrawal or Return
The right of withdrawal is your right, without any reason, to return your purchase and receive a refund for the products. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for returning the product.
Very important: you must return the product "as is" as you received it. The items must be in their original condition and with all labels in place, and should not be used, washed, or altered in any way.
Please ensure to wear underwear when trying on swimwear for hygiene reasons.
If you notice any damage or discrepancy in your package upon delivery, you must report it to the courier and note it on the delivery receipt. Please inform us immediately by phone or email, attaching photos of the product.
We will not accept or process any alleged fault or loss that is not reported at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not in the same condition as it was sold.
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of the merchandise order to exercise their right of withdrawal, which means you have 14 days to request a return and return the product to us. Refunds will only be approved within these 14 days. The 14th day from the date of purchase will be accepted as the last day of shipping, but without the right to a refund if it arrives after the return period.

2. Defective Merchandise
HK does not sell defective products. We are very meticulous about this matter and carefully control the quality of our products, using the best materials from our manufacturers and reviewing the products before shipment.
However, if due to very rare and exceptional cases, you suddenly receive a product with a defect, we apologize and HK undertakes to replace the defective product, under the following conditions: Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of the merchandise order to notify us that the merchandise is defective and request a return, either in the form of a product exchange (by voucher) or refund. This means you have 14 days to request a return and return the product to us. Shipping costs will be covered by us in case of defective merchandise. The 14th day from the date of purchase will be accepted as the last day of shipping, but without the right to a refund if it arrives after the return period, and only a voucher will be issued.
3. Order Cancellation

HK Swimwear has selected MRW for the peninsula because it is faster, more reliable, and more cost-effective in delivering your orders efficiently. The delivery time in the peninsula territory is 24/48H business hours. For international shipments, we have different carriers to choose from for the customer at the time of purchase.
